Review of Rustic Knead

Amazing fresh local, artesian and craft style menu-exactly what our family craves, all things considered for this quality/style of food the prices are phenomenal! If you buy this type of food for your you know what it costs as well as how short the shelf life is for this food compared to the chemically processed/artificially flavored versions you find at the fast food chains. This place is a perfect model of transparency, the entire kitchen is surrounded by glass so you can watch the whole beautiful process. Onto the GF, they DO NOT make their own GF, which honestly, I don't know if that would work all too well in a non-dedicated facility. Instead they use locally sourced Lia P products, which are super good! You pay the typical dollar up charge, which is actually not bad for fresh GF--lets be honest that's what we pay for frozen mass produced Udi's everywhere else. And While you can't nosh on the beautiful hand baked pastries that my husband and son said were probably in the top five they have ever eaten--your non celiac friends will thank you. They have a great variety of individually packaged bakery choices from Lia P to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings.
