The owner is the chef at this restaurant. Not only was the food delicious, but he was able to offer a safe gluten free meal for both me and my son. He also accommodated a long list of additional food allergies. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The chips that came to the table with salsa were not gluten free due to a shared fryer, but the server was knowledgable and let us know that. Many of the meals offered on the menu are naturally gluten free. The chef will take care to prepare a safe meal if you communicate your needs. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a gluten-free meal in Denison. You will not be disappointed.
