Super knowledgeable staff when it comes to gluten and how to remove it. GF pasta and GF pizza available.

I got a basic pasta pomodoro (also vegan) to see how they did with a basic dish and an arugula salad. Everything was so good. They use a specific pasta that’s different than the other ones used in the restaurant so the waiter and customer knows it’s GF right away. Happy to have a GF Italian option nearby.
