BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA DOUGH EVER! Given one of the restaurants admin employees has celiacs disease in addition to being Italian (as is most of the staff) they really took their time and effort to develop an incredibly flavorful, light, crispy dough which most definitely does their pizza legacy justice! I’d just wish they would share their recipe 😋
