Large selection of wraps, rolls and cakes. Very knowledgeable and when we said 1 was Coeliac asked what food was for them to make sure they didn't cross contaminate. Excellent service.

This place is gf heaven. Groceries and snacks as well as café food. We had paleo chicken wraps. So good. They have lactose free milk and decaf! Outstanding coffee. Very busy on a Sunday afternoon but reasonably quick service. Strongly recommend this place.

Due to covid, Rustik is currently take out only, but almost the full food menu is available and it’s delicious!

Importantly, the owner has coeliac and the staff all have a very good understanding of cross-contamination and the difference between coeliac and a preference for gluten free.

Delicious. Amazing gf kombucha battered fish and chips, and the best side salad I've ever had. Loads of gf options. Coeliac informed. Highly recommend.
