I’ve been celiac for about 12 years. I have breakfast once a week at the place and have never gotten sick or received a dish that wasn’t gluten free. They take care of making sure my toast is separate from other orders and everyone on the waitstaff is knowledgeable about gluten free items. Same holds true for lunch time.
