No dedicated fryer. No GF wings. GF corn bread was served in same basket with flour biscuits. Small servings. Very expensive. All meals were extremely salty.

Very knowledgeable staff. Our waiter shared that someone intimately associated with the restaurant (can't recall if it was an employee or the spouse of one of the chefs?) has Celiac, so the chef's and waitstaff are very knowledgeable with all-things Celiac. Food was delicious! Constantly changing menu, based on what's fresh and local-sourced. Would definitely return!
