The woman at the counter was friendly and tried to be helpful. The woman who made my roll looked resentful at having to change her gloves and put a plastic container of soy sauce in with my roll. (She also rolled it with the same bamboo mat she rolls everything with) Luckily, I was able to extract the soy sauce container and throw it away before it leaked on my food. It’s nice to have anything to eat in this terminal, but I think they might need to brief the staff on handling allergens...
Freshly prepare sushi - it was just what I was looking for. They paper menu is clearly marked which items can be prepared gluten free. If you do get sushi just a warning the they do not have GF soy sauce. I had the Vancouver Roll and the Creole Tuna Roll. Both tasted great and I did not get sick.
The people behind the counter knew exactly what was and wasn’t GF. They made me a delicious spicy tuna bowl and had GF soy sauce also. I would not hesitate to eat here again. Delicious.

They have a vegetarian gluten-free poke bowl and the chef offered to change gloves when I told her I had Celiac. They also have tamari packets.

Très bon poke bowl, frais et délicieux. Ils m'ont semblé faire bien attention à la contamination croisée.
Very delicious fresh line which can be made gluten free! An easy meal for me here at Montreal airport.
