Review of Ryu

They have gluten free vegetarian sushi. They given me gluten free soy sauce. They told me they cannot do fresh one because the counter was contaminated. They were having none contaminated in the fridge.

I appreciated a lot this details, since I am celiac I was able to eat before my trip without any problems.
