Excellent. Safe, staff knowledgeable. Did not get sick. Separate gf menu, nice view of water. Had raw oysters, special—,black cod, saffron rice w asparagus, flourless chocolate cake, cappuccino. Delicious. Reasonable prices. I loved it. Highly recommend!

Great experience!!! After a terrible time with gluten ALL OVER my GF order at a restaurant down the street from this place a couple nights ago, this was a totally refreshing experience. They took their time, answered all the questions, double checked everything and made me feel very safe and secure about what I was eating. And, the food was AMAZING. Abby helped us and she was sweet and patient.

They have a GF menu, with plenty of choices. The food was delicious. I had the fluke with green salad and blue corn muffin. The muffin was fresh, warm and served with butter pats on the side, just like you'd receive warm bread if you could have gluten.

They have their gluten free menu available online so you can check it out ahead of time. There are tons of options even spinach and artichoke dip with chips!! I also got a salmon entree that was gluten free without any modifications. The food is generally amazing

The lunch portion of shrimp scampi risotto was perfect. The food was fresh and tasty. I found them on this app, and was very happy with my meal.

The indoor dining room looks over the water. It was a very pleasant setting. The tables were very well spaced out for social distance dining.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about GF. They have a dedicated menu. The only thing the waiter didn’t know about was the vodka used in one of their very yummy martinis. Food was excellent and dessert (pot de creme) was sooo creamy.

Delightfully surprised by the dedicated GF (also dedicated Vegan) menu on the table so you can choose without making the special request. I personally love that so there is no need to draw attention to my diet preferences. Servers were confident, so I didn’t feel compelled to quiz them, which is a nice change. We declined bread, but the server happily stated they have GF bread, so I indulged in the warm, comforting GF bread, which is a nice and often overlooked compliment to dinner. The seafood was fresh, culinary and deliciously prepared and presented. Service was excellent. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. It is a special place that I will visit again without hesitation.

Staff was so reassuring and knowledgeable about food allergies. They had a gluten free menu, gave me a blue corn bread instead of a regular roll, had a huge gluten free menu, and had flourless chocolate cake for dessert! I had a fillet steak, with lobster and mashed potatoes for dinner. So good!!!

Over priced, got glutened by a salad that had no obvious signs of issue and was on the "gluten free" menu. Oysters are always okay as they are raw, but they serve then with malt vinegar on the side and if that should spill...not sure cocktail sauce is ever safe. Maybe okay for those of you who are "gluten intolerant".

Was pleasantly surprised. The wait on a Friday evening for 4 was only 25 minutes (even though they said 35-40). I had a salad and cod and my non-GF family also enjoyed their meals. The waiter was great and brought a yummy GF roll for me (which was really more of a corn muffin). This is a nicer fairly expensive place, but the food and views were great. Just be warned that parking in downtown Mystic is tough -- the lot is extremely inadequate, so you're most likely going to have to park several blocks away.

My husband and I went to celebrate our one year anniversary at Foxwoods and decided to venture around Mystic. It had great reviews so we gave it a try. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful and made it a night to remember. We had the Prince Edward Island Mussels and Mediterranean calamari without the breadcrumbs or flour. They made the calamari so tender. It was fantastic. My husband had the Island Salmon and I had the Shrimp Scampi which was delicious and fresh and not overcooked.We finished the night with some Cabernet Sauvignon and Creme Brulee. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be visiting again. Great experience!

The jumbo shrimp scampi risotto was phenomenal! S&P has a varied GF menu with options for each course. Be aware that the GF roll is more like a muffin. The staff says they are careful about cross contamination (changing boards, gloves, towels etc., but to be certain to emphasize that you are "allergic" to gluten, especially during the summer time due to the volume they serve.

Ok, so the food is awesome and so is the location. I went there 2 weeks ago with my family and I ordered off the gluten free menu. The food was so good, I had the scallops and a side of the pepper jack grits. Everything I ordered was off the gluten free menu, but at the end of the meal I started having those horrible stomach cramps that if you have celiac disease you know are indicating that you ate something you shouldn't have. By the time I got back to my hotel room I was running up to the room. This was probably the worst time I was glutened. The reaction was really bad, like I didn’t know if I would ever feel ok again bad. If you are severely allergic I would think twice or just keep reiterating it to the waiter/waitress. I think people that don’t know anyone with this disease think it’s just some new diet and don’t take it as serious as it really is.
