Restaurant Saalstuben

We stumbled upon this place after a full morning of hiking in the Dolomites and asked if they had GF options. They don’t have a dedicated menu but they are very knowledgeable about what doesn’t have gluten. I had the delicious lamb chops. They have a lot of options for gluten free. I would highly recommend this place!
