We decided to try this when on a road trip with our child with celiac. It was a bit off the highway but so worth it. When we called and spoke to the owner he was very knowledgeable about cross contact and knew exactly which items on his menu were celiac safe. We had the Shakshuka, Chicken Schwarma, and Musakhan. All were served with fresh hummus and tahini, and yummy assorted Israeli salads. The food was fresh and delicious.
