The Sabadi store is full of gluten free chocolate in every flavor and even gluten free caramels. The staff is super friendly and well-informed and gluten free is clearly printed on all the products - we tried everything and can confirm that it’s safe. You can sample all the chocolate flavors. It’s organic and cold processed, rich and silky yet with that traditional Modica crunch - truly the best chocolate in the world :) They also make gluten free vermouth, organic and without any added caramel color.
