We are a 100% GF eatery. The owner/chef has coeliac and is 10 years post diagnosis. Come dine with us, you won’t even know it’s GF as it’s that good.

The food here was delicious and fresh. I had a Mexican fiesta bowl with falafel and avocado and it was full of flavour and texture. Just such a pleasure to find a good quality cafe that is risk-free for coeliacs. 100% dedicated GF. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best meals I have eaten since diagnosis, absolutely amazing. The owners were super kind and told us about their celiac experience. Will definitely be back. Amazingggg fried chicken

Sabal is an awesome option for coeliacs as the owner is coeliac and everything is gluten free, not even "may contain". They have been open a few months and hours can change a little outside peak, so best to check if open. Currently open lunch except Sunday (winter 23) The bulk of the menu is bowls where you can pick and choise your protein.Super yummy! They also have other options like karage chicken and fries cooked in a gluten free fryer. They're in the cruise deck area which is nice and sheltered, and there are a couple of outside tables. Takeaway also available.
