The sushi is very good. Great service and understanding of celiac disease as well. I have eaten at Sabi Sushi many times and never gotten ill. I recommend the jalapeño sauce with the nigiri ⭐

Sushi is EXCELLENT. Menu clearly labeled + staff understands Celiac. They even asked me before I could ask, if I needed them to use a separate cutting board and knife. Seriously delicious. I ordered the Blue Fin tuna roll and the Salmon roll with avocado. They gave GF soy sauce, as well. I highly recommend for Celiacs and everyone.
