Great experience here: they ask about food allergies when you arrive and staff was able to point out which menu items are GF (it’s most of them). I had a yellow mole dish, steak tacos, and a dish tlayuda. I didn’t ask about kitchen prep safety but they seemed knowledgeable about gluten in general
