Knowledgeable about cross-contamination. They can fry the plaintains separately. The food is consistently good. Wide range of options for GF. Their black beans are mouth-watering.

Had a delicious meal here. Staff was knowledgeable (fried plantains in separate fryer). It was a bonus that we were able to have our puppy with us too, out on the patio area. Would definitely go back.

The owner and staff are very knowledgeable about Celiac, gluten allergies and other food allergies. They will modify any item from the menu that they can. I have eaten here several times and have never had an issue. They are also very friendly and don’t make you feel like you are a huge imposition for your dietary requests.

The waitress was really knowledgeable about Celiac and GF. Almost the entire menu is GF friendly with some exceptions of course. Food was delicious!

I am glad that the previous reviewer took the time to review, since their menu doesn't list GF, we would've glanced past it. Ask the host if they had any GF options and he took the time to say that they can make a lot of their dishes GF. Spoke with the waitress and she walked me through the menu. I had a question about their hot sauce and the waitress seemed to disappear for a bit. Turns out they were trying to verify that the white distilled vinegar was GF. I appreciate the effort and the personal touch. Had very good meals, but appetizer came after our meal, not the end of the world. They pan fried the plantains, so they can be GF. All in all, very good food and helpful staff. I would certainly return

Excellent Cuban food! The menu is not marked; however, the staff are knowledgeable about celiac disease/gluten and can tell you which dishes are safe. Many of the dishes are naturally gluten free, but you have to ask them to pan fry the plantains separately in order for them to be GF (they're usually cooked in a fryer which is contaminated with gluten). The flan is also a delicious GF dessert. I've had lots of good experiences here!
