Walked out without eating anything. What the staff told me was gluten free didn't match what was on their gluten free menu. Each location will give you wildly different info, and each staff member tells you something completely different. I've tried three different locations and never felt safe enough to actually eat. It's very possible that they have safe gluten practices, but they don't train their staff very well to be able to talk about it.

They have a gluten free menu on a separate sheet. They definitely “get it” here. My wife ate here as a true celiac twice now and hasn’t gotten sick.
Yes
They advertise Gluten free options on the website but the cashier didn’t even know what GF meant. She called over another person to walk me through the menu. Ordered the quinoa bowl but had very low confidence it was safe. Got home, reluctantly ate a few bites and threw the dinner away. Felt horrible about an hour later and won’t go back.
They do not have a designated GF menu but staff knew what was safe & consulted with manager to confirm. Protein bowl was great. Arepas can be done GF among other things.
