To preface, I have not eaten here but I called in advance since an event I am going to will be catering food from here. They have another location in Aurora, CO.
The staff member I spoke to did not know what gluten was but when I said I couldn’t have wheat, they were able to answer my questions. Their corn tortillas are heated on the same cooktop as flour tortillas, and their meats are cooked on the same cooktop. The staff member said they can add tin foil underneath items to keep it away from flour containing ingredients. Chips are not fried in a dedicated fryer since fried fish that is battered in gluten is also fried there. The staff member said they can accommodate when eating in person at their restaurant. Personally, I do not feel safe enough to eat corn tacos with meat at my event due to shared cooktops. The food looks and sounds so delicious so I’m definitely bummed. Perhaps I will eat here in person and will be able to update this review. I hope this helps someone who is interested in trying their food!
Update: I had rice, a variety of salsas, and guacamole at my event. Brought my own chips. Was very tasty and didn’t get sick
