Server was knowledgeable about gluten- over 90% of their menu was gf, including 4 desserts. Fantastic dining experience if you like seafood. They also had gf bread for dipping in the mussel sauce! Yummy!

Restaurant is not solely gluten free but chef caters to allergies well. Food quality is high end and delicious and you pay accordingly but if that is what you are after it is a must try foodie restaurant in the downtown Edmonton area near Edmonton oilers hockey arena Rogers place. I had seafood steak risotto and some lighter cream brûlée and chocolate mouse desert and various salads and bacon covered dates all was fantastic.
