This place is AMAZING for gluten free eating. They are SO considerate and careful — the waitress, manager and chef all came out to talk to me in great detail about each dish and reassured me that they would be safe. They have lots of GF options and understand cross contamination well! I got the seafood paella dish and it was amazing.
They do use a shared fryer so I would avoid anything fried. The skirt steak has beer in the marinade but the chef offered to cut a fresh piece from the steak and custom season it if you want to order it!
There are so many options and the service is the best I think I’ve ever gotten. 11/10 recommend

The manager came over, explained the modifications. The frier is not gluten free so cross contamination. Food and atmosphere is FANTASTIC. The paella is delicious.
