Staff when we went did not understand cross contamination or anything about changing gloves, etc. When I tried to explain to her about changing gloves and cross contamination and how myself or my daughter could get sick , she replied " I don't care why you need to eat gluten free." It was not busy and she continued to touch flour tortillas while preparing our food forcing her to change her gloves numerous times. I couldn't understand the rush and lack of listening to our concerns. She then proceeded to give my daughter flour tortillas instead of the hard corn tortillas she had ordered. We have eaten at the Riverhead location and they were much more aware of preparing and following the order through. Never had a problem there. Basically, if you are going to promote your business as health conscious and catering to special needs, you should properly train your staff.

Like Chipotle, only more expensive and not quite as good. But it's a tasty lunch in the Hamptons for under $10, so thumbs up.
Good, fresh, fast Mexican food. Everything but flour tortillas is GF. Staff friendly, very clean place.

Imagine taking a Chipotle restaurant and tweaking it to make it better. That would give you Sabrosa. First time there last night and perfect for celiac and non-celiac alike.
As a person with Celiac who is really sensitive, this is a go to place. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating, and the food is awesome. It's a place you can feel safe.
