I got to to try Sabrosa at GFree Fest Rhode Island. I got the Chachapas with plantains and black beans with avocado and garlic sauce. It was sweet and savory and delicious.

The online menu indicates several naturally gluten free menu items, such as arepas, patacon, and pabellon bowls. Delicious authentic food.

The owner was so lovely. I plan to be back.

This shop is part of the Worcester Public Market and has a food truck that travels around the area. They serve arepas which are gf! I’ve enjoyed my meals here and haven’t gotten sick after.
