The waiter and chef were both really great and made me a gluten free meal separately in the kitchen. It seemed that most, if not all of the hibachi meal options could be made gluten free. Neither the soup nor the salad that came at the start were gluten free though, which was unfortunate.

Lovely care. Responsible waiter, who substituted extra sushi because he wasn't sure about the miso soup. The salad dressing is not gluten free so I would consider bringing some. Fresh, dark greens. Lovely fish. Undyed pickled ginger.

They carefully prep your meal in the back. I always pass on soup and salad. Really fresh and consistent food. Repeat customer.

They have gluten free soy sauce. And once I let them know I had a gluten issue, the server was very careful and had everything prepared separately for me in the back. They even made gf fried rice for me in the kitchen with the gluten free soy sauce. The only reason I am giving 3 stars rather than 4 or 5 is because I think the Miso soup might have had gluten in it and they said it did not.
