Staff were very knowledgable about Celiac safety and could modify almost any menu item to be GF. The waiter even apologized for bringing focaccia to the table before I told him that I had Celiac. Fryer is not GF, but they suggested alternate preparation methods to stay safe. I had the cornflake crusted crab cake (made with GF corn flakes).
