Sadie’s is my favorite restaurant in albuquerque. Their chips are gluten free which is always a plus. All staff members are very knowledgeable of gluten allergies and have very delicious tacos and even gluten free chili! I’ve never gotten sick from eating here

The staff was very friendly and quick once I got seated. When you walk in there are a lot of signs posted saying that they’re understaffed, so the wait time for a table may be long. When I did get seated, it was very nice service. The staff was not very knowledgeable about gluten-free, so I did make some modifications to my meal to avoid cross-contamination. They have an allergen menu with just a list of some items, so you still need the main menu. I ate the enchilada platter with the vegetarian and gluten-free red chili. Their red and green chili sauce is gluten-free if you get the vegetarian version. I also got a shredded beef brisket taco, but I did not have them fry it to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
