Review of Sado

Went with a party of 4 and 2 of us are gluten free (not celiac); staff was knowledgeable and asked about allergies up front. We opted to let the server choose our food but everything they brought was gluten free or gluten friendly. Do not believe they have a separate fryer and I did not ask about soy sauce - we didn’t need it though! Highly recommend if you like sushi.
