Came here for a company retreat. Lunch was buffet style. Everything was gluten free except for dinner rolls and cookies that had been prepared elsewhere. Pulled pork, chicken, and potato salad were great. This place was really fun as well.

Like another review mentions, basically everything here is gluten free! It seems like they normally have a buffet line, so that could be a problem, but when I went in early 2022 they were still doing table service due to the pandemic. It was a barbecue style lunch with a preset menu, and everything but the bread roll and the chocolate chip cookie was gluten free - neither of those are made in house. They even had gluten free mac and cheese! The server was confident and helpful in answering my questions, but frankly I don't think there's any gluten in the prep areas of that kitchen.
Side note - as exciting as gf mac and cheese is, it was fairly standard. The brussel sprouts were outstanding though!

Bread is prepared separately from other foods. Breakfast there's essentially only eggs; oatmeal is NOT gf. Lunch and dinner however, is phenomenal. The chef has celiac, so the majority of the menu is gluten free, including the Mac n cheese, the only things that AREN'T gf are bread rolls and the desserts. Food is delicious, portions are huge, and they are extremely careful about cross contamination. Staff is very attentive to gf needs. Menu is very clearly marked on what is gf.
