I stated in my reservation that I am Celiac, and the greeter and server both confirmed and let the kitchen know so that the kitchen would prepare for me. They were very aware and cautious, and most of their menu was gluten free anyway. To note- they don’t have a separate GF menu, but only 3 things on the regular menu weren’t GF, and the waiter was able to let me know what those were. The food was delicious and I felt that the restaurant took Celiac and precautions seriously- would highly recommend!
