My husband and I are in Paros for our honeymoon and came across this restaurant as having gluten free options. I am VERY sensitive to contamination and I am happy to say I had no issues! The grill for fish is only used for fresh and salted ingredients, no sauces. I had grilled seabreem, boiled veggies, and a watermelon, melon, tomato, mint salad with vinigarette (no feta) and it was all amazing. Highly recommend. I used the Nima on all 3 dishes and all came up :)
