I have been working at Sag pizza for a little over two months now. Coming into the job I was not gluten free and was a frequent consumer of their regular pizzas. When I started to eat more of the pizza, I realized my skin was flaring up (I have eczema). to avoid cross contamination, we use a separate pizza cutter for the gluten free pizzas and they are handled with a little more care. Also in my personal opinion the gluten free pizzas are much better than the regular, the crust is thinner which I like morw
