I agree with the first poster. Not the best sushi, but works in a pinch. However, a lot of the rolls were not GF. We didn't get sick, and they did seem to understand GF, but the menu is not marked clearly and you need to know your ingredients. For example, the waitress did not realize imitation crab is not GF.
I was hoping to find someone else’s experience for this place on here or online, but nobody had mentioned it yet. I called and told them I needed my sushi to be gluten free and she confirmed and sounded confident as if this is not a new type of request for them. Excited about finding another sushi place that can accommodate. I can’t speak to the safety but so far so good! Update: the sushi was pretty good, not the best I ever had, but no sign of being glutened. I got some salmon rolls, I liked all except the spicy salmon!
