The waitress immediately offered to have a celiac meal made in a dedicated space in the kitchen to avoid cross contamination on the hibachi grill with the noodles and/or soy sauce. This way we could all enjoy the hibachi experience and the celiac eater could still be safe. Salad dressing not gf, use yum yum sauce or BYO. They did have gf soy sauce in the back for gf meal prep.
