Sage Bistro

I called beforehand and asked if they could accommodate a person who is gluten free. They said they were a proper kitchen and would not contaminate food. I had the risotto and sorbet for dessert. No reaction.

Food was good. They did put effort in to making sure it was gluten free...but I am sick now 😢
