Took a while to bring out food, everyone else had finished eating. Seemed relatively aware about gluten free, but kept on asking if gram flour was ok.

This is an Indian buffet restaurant. The manager explains what I can and can't have so I can choose from the buffet if I want. However they cook fresh food for me and bring it to my table so there is no risk of cross contamination from other diners. He food is lovely and the staff are very helpful.
