Buffet-style restaurant ant the Hyatt Zaman hotel, 20 minutes or so from Petra in Jordan. Buffet is not all GF, but they have GF bread on request, and the chef will walk you through the entire buffet and tell you what you can eat. We felt very safe eating here (I am celiac). I would recommend!!
