The owner is gluten free. Online for some reason they do not always show their GF options. If you call they will let you know what they can make GF. We get the GF chicken fried rice and GF general tso's every time we go. Their sushi is awesome also. Takeout only.

I called and was asking questions about what could be made gluten free because of the good reviews. We asked if there was a shared fryer and about a two different items and if they were gluten free. She said she didn’t have time to be answering my questions and she can’t say if anything is gluten free and hung up on me. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone with celiac.

Fantastic food from an expansive menu. Almost anything can be done GF though there is not a separate menu. I have eaten here many times without any issues whatsoever.

Amazing food!!! No one was glutened, they were very attentive. Nothing is labeled, but most things can be made gluten free. We will be driving an hour to get here just for this!!

Good food but I felt a little sick last time we ate here. Beware of fried things as they do have a gluten free batter but not a dedicated fryer so anything fried that they say is GF is not safe for celiacs (also the chicken wings). I get the beef and broccoli with a GF sauce and white rice.

Excellent as always! I have been coming here since they first opened. Consistently they offer fresh, foodie taste level food that is well prepared, with very good service. they are always very careful with allergies and will go out of their way to adapt dishes. They never make you feel as though you are asking for the world when you share your allergies (gluten, dairy, soy). #1 favorite place!

I've never written a review before, but felt like one was truly in order here. I hadn't been to S & T for nearly a year, but the owner saw me walk in last night...and when the waiter came to the table, he brought GF soy sauce, no prompt from me. I would never expect that level of awareness...esp when I haven't been there in a while. I thanked the owner afterwards and she asked if I got #23 pho (my typical order in the past). I had forgotten the # but she remembered!

Beyond the bizarrely excellent service, the food here is the best around--healthy, truly delicious, and prepared with obvious care. Can't recommend it highly enough, GF or not. Also great for families with varied tastes--Chinese for the typical kid tastes, excellent sushi and delicious pho.

Absolute five-star gluten-free sushi! This is one of the few local Asian restaurants that's completely in tune with gluten-free needs. The owner (a sassy and wonderfully funny woman) will stand at the table and say, "You can't eat that—but I'll make it so you can." She even makes her own gluten-free soy sauce. Great sushi, great service and it's even cute inside (which will be a surprise when you see the not-so-cute outside). Love it!

There are a bunch of good options and staff is very helpful. I had a vermicelli bowl which was amazing, fresh and filling. They were able to change out regular soy sauce for gf.

The owner is always here and she is very educated about gluten allergies. Ask for the Debba roll (it's a sushi roll named after me! Totally gluten free) Gluten free rice noodles and gluten free fried rice. I am extremely sensitive and never have I had an issue eating here.
