We just ordered from them and the pho was great and reasonably priced. They have their pho delivery process down, with noodles in a big plastic bowl-shaped container, and broth in a separate container, to keep the noodles from oversoftening.

My Celiac girlfriend didn't have a reaction, and she's very sensitive. Before ordering, we sent an email to the contact listed on their website asking about gluten free options, and they replied:

"Our Pho is gluten free, along with our fried rice and curry noodles. The marinade for our grilled proteins does contain trace amounts of gluten, so those will need to be avoided."

When we asked whether the "grilled proteins" included the meats in the pho or just the entrees, they clarified:

"The meat in the pho is unmarinated and flavored by the broth. So you’re good to go with the beef and brisket Pho."

It's so nice to have a good GF delivery option in the neighborhood. We'll be ordering again.
