Saigon Bistro

The owner told me that everything he serves in his restaurant is gluten free. My mother-in-law is very allergic to gluten and this is one of the only safe places she can eat. The food is amazing. The owner usually does all the cooking and is very nice and understanding.

I was told almost everything on the menu was gf. They do not cook with soy sauce. The food was very good!
