Like 98% of the menu is GF, including all but one sauce! The menu is not marked, but the servers are very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and safe.
We had summer rolls (with peanut sauce!), steak and short rib rice plate (with brown sauce and fish sauce), and Vietnamese curry with chicken (which came with an egg roll and sweet and sour sauce).
For dessert they currently have a chocolate berry cake and a vanilla berry cake with strawberry topping. We got the vanilla cake and it too was fantastic!
I'm a very sensitive Celiac, and have had no issues. Chef is Celiac!

Saigon Cafe is under recent new ownership, and although this is not a dedicated GF restaurant, the owner also has a dedicated restaurant and the chef is a celiac. I am celiac and dairy free and the executive chef, waitress, and bartender were all extremely helpful and straightforward about what I could and could not have. My family and I shared two appetizers and three meals and although I usually get sick off nearly anything I was completely fine after eating here. I very highly recommend it.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had eating out gluten free with additional food intolerances. The waiter was rude and had zero tolerance for my questions. He finally gave me 2 options but once he brought my meal it was obvious I couldn’t have the fried onions that were crumbled on top. He took it back to get me a new meal but left the same roll that was on it the first time and brought it back. At this point, I didn’t feel safe to eat. I don’t recommend this restaurant for celiacs or intolerances.
