The Pho here is AMAZING & and totally gf. Not really sure if they have other gd items, because I only order this. Super nice people too
The wait staff were aware of celiac and had the manager come out and give us details on every dish. She provided gf soy sauce and an ingredient list for everything, and made sure nothing was cross-contaminated.
The pho here really knocked our socks off! My boyfriend and I both ordered the spicy beef pho without hoisin and it was amazing. I’m the celiac and I did not get sick :) I would definitely recommend and I will absolutely order from here again.
(P.S. They use Doordash and Uber Eats for their delivery service and their bubble tea can be made with almond milk).

Recently added gluten-free grilled meat dishes such as spicy lemongrass noodles soup, all grilled meat rice, fried rice, vermicelli and fine vermicelli along with well known Pho!

Amazing food, and highly knowledgable about gluten issues! My server pointed me to great options and knew which items were safe and which weren't. Would feel very safe eating here!
The staff seemed knowledgeable about what I could and couldn’t eat. Would have given 5 stars but the food just wasn’t super exciting or delicious. But it was safe!
Appraisers: Shrimp or Veggies (without tofu) fresh rolls. Ask for fish sauce instead of homemade sauce.

Chicken, Beef boned broth or Veggies PHO (do not add hoisin sauce, tasty soup does not need extra sauce)

I've been here a few times over the past couple months and have asked a number of questions.The pho is gluten free, and delicious. I would bet that the meatballs contain gluten, and typically order beef or chicken.The majority of the meats, including the chicken are marinated for the vermicelli dishes. as such, off limits.Hoisin sauce contains gluten. do not add to your pho.the shrimp summer rolls are also safe.To finish it off, Bubble Tea!
