From my conversation with the lady at the register, it felt like she understood gluten but maybe not the severity for a celiac consuming it....sort of referring to it like it were something you maybe wanted to limit your consumption of, and not something that actively harms people. Nonetheless I got the vermicelli bowl with spicy chicken, and while it doesn’t directly have gluten I feel cross-contamination is an issue — especially if they aren’t conscious of it. I felt mildly glutened after my meal. I would try to really make sure they understand it before risking it next time.
