Review of Saigon Lotus

The waiter answered all my gluten inquiries but seemed unsure of himself. I didn't end up getting a meal here because most of the menu was off-limits because of wheat in their sauces and I just didn't trust the answers on the rest of the food that could be safe. Good luck if you try it.
