Just walked in and the lady was very rude. She said nothing is gluten free. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere I could go.

Okay so I can only give a 5 star review on one of their dishes, because it is the only thing I have eaten. I have had the rare beef pho at least 10 plus times without any cross contamination. I have also tested every component of their pho 3 times in my Nima sensor without any issues. I am a super sensitive Celiac and have not had any issues with this one dish. There is no gluten free menu, but this dish is naturally gluten free. I did ask and they only add spices and bones to their broth, no soy sauce or other sauces which is why I took the chance. Their deli selection has a good supply of fresh vegetables and meats for DIY Korean BBQ and other dishes. Once I become brave enough I will try some of the other naturally GF dishes and let you guys know how it turns out. In the mean time this is 100% your Pensacola Pho spot that is safe to eat at for at least the rare beef. I am marking it Celiac safe only because I am incredibly sensitive and have never gotten sick. There is clearly risk in the kitchen with other dishes for cross contamination. I also just order it without mentioning a gluten allergy, because tbh I think it would just confuse everyone.
