Agree with original review, they have no idea what gluten is, that it’s in soy sauce, what has soy sauce. Very misleading how they mark the menu. I don’t think I will get sick based on what I ordered (summer rolls no sauce and regular pho). Food was edible but bland. Definitely be careful!

Saigon Restaurant has a menu that labels gluten containing items with a wheat emblem and identifies wheat as an allergen with the letter “A.” However, items with the wheat emblem are not identified as allergen “A,” so it all appears to be a bit random.
In speaking with the wait staff, multiple items labeled as gluten free are described as containing soy sauce, not tamari sauce. There is no recognition that soy sauce is generally wheat based.
All in all, this is not a restaurant for those with celiac disease and probably not for those with gluten sensitivity as well.
