I order delivery all the time from them. If I mark gluten free then order an item that is not typically gluten-free they always substitute it out with the gluten-free equivalent. They have never let me down.

This hibachi style restaurant has recently come under new ownership. They have a variety of options that they can make using the gluten free soy sauce and they will make it separate from the other food if requested. Though they don’t have a dedicated gluten free space or menu, the owners have a close friend with Celiac and will take your needs seriously. I have gotten the Hibachi chicken and steak with vegetables and fried rice twice. It tastes delicious (especially with the always delicious shrimp sauce) and I have not gotten sick. I consider myself very sensitive so I’m pleased to add this to my list of options. You can eat in or get it to go by pick up for Door Dash, etc.
