Awesome Gluten free schnitzel, also the mushroom sauce was gluten free and the fries. All the other food was also very good!!

We booked an overnight stay at the Sailer Keller in Traunstein at short notice. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. After consulting the friendly waitress /the kitchen, we had a large portion of delicious breaded schnitzel with french fries/pommes and a very large side salad as a gluten-free dish. Our daughter with coeliac disease had no problems and it was very tasty for her and us. We had brought our own bread for breakfast, but that wasn't necessary as the kitchen had gluten-free bread rolls, although we hadn't pre-ordered anything because of the short notice. Great service! The breakfast buffet included fresh rolls, various cold cuts, cheese, honey, jams, Nutella, eggs, yoghurt and a very tasty absolutely fresh fruit salad with raspberries, blackberries, grapes, apple, currants, peaches and physalis. We've never had anything like it - delicious!

Haben im Sailer Keller in Traunstein kurzfristig eine Übernachtung gebucht. Das Essen im dazugehörigen Restaurant war sehr lecker. Nach Rücksprache mit der freundlichen Kellnerin u der Küche gab es als glutenfreies Gericht eine große Portion leckeres paniertes Schnitzel mit Pommes und einem ebenfalls sehr großen Beilagen-Salat. Unsere Tochter mit Zöliakie hatte keinerlei Probleme und es hat ihr und uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Zum Frühstück hatten wir unser eigenes Brot mitgebracht, aber das war nicht notwendig, da die Küche glutenfreie Brötchen da hatte, obwohl wir wegen der kurzfristigen Buchung nichts vorbestellt hatten. Toller Service! Das Frühstücksbuffet beinhaltete neben frischen Brötchen, verschiedenen Aufschnitt, Käse, Honig, Marmeladen, Nutella, Eiern, Joghurt auch einen sehr leckere absolut frischen Obstsalat mit Himbeeren, Brombeeren, Trauben, Apfel, Johannisbeeren, Pfirsich und Physalis. Haben wir so noch nie gehabt - traumhaft lecker!

Viele glutenfreie Gerichte möglich. So gut wie alle Soßen glutenfrei, Beilagen können abgewandelt werden das Personal kennt sich sehr gut aus.
