Sakana Hibachi Sushi and Bar

This place has no gluten free menu, however, they can accommodate gluten free. You're pretty much limited to just the sushi. But it's great quality. They have GF soy sauce in a separate bottle that they bring to your table. The spicy mayo is also GF. I usually get a side of white rice with my sushi and it is GF. The rolls you can modify. I always say "no crunch, no tempura, no flakes" and it always comes out perfect. My go to are the salmon, tuna, and yellow tail rolls and the out of control roll modified. Their spicy rolls contain tempura flakes so I would order them as regular rolls and ask for spicy mayo on the side. The staff are very nice, don't be nervous to ask for what you need!

Doing this, I've never gotten sick here and I am a sensitive celiac who usually reacts within an hour of eating contaminated food.
