I loved this place before I was diagnosed, and I'm so relieved to still be able to eat here. They have a separate GF menu, the servers are very knowledgeable about substitutions and what can and can't be done, and they bring tamari out without being asked. And the food was superb.
Waiter was knowledgeable about gluten free options. He provided me with gluten free soy sauce and explained what items could be were or could be made gluten free. I got one simpler roll and one of the specialty rolls and both were delicious and I didn’t get a reaction. The waiter did suggest some of the specialty rolls won’t be as “good” if made gf so he steered me towards one where less modifications were needed. Will be coming back!
