Staff is well educated on cross-contamination and prepares all gluten-free meals in the back on clean, separate, pans. They do have gluten-free sauces available.

The lunch special shrimp hibachi was yummy! I got it with the fried rice and they knew what I was talking about when I asked of it could be made gluten free! Everything was flavorful and it didn't taste like anything was missing as some of the other places have. I am super happy to have a new go to for hibachi!

I have never talked with restaurant staff who were more familiar with the GF options that could be provided. They knew what I was talking about right away, which made for a wonderful experience!

They were willing to make hibachi gluten free in the back.
